ALEVOO extra virgin olive oils are early harvest “Royal“ and “Organic Picual” varieties, harvested at the perfect moment when the fruit is at its prime to obtain the finest juices. They are obtained directly from olives in excellent condition, solely by mechanical means, in cold, no causing any flaw or oil alteration and no exceeding 0.8° of acidity.
Our extra virgin olive oils are monovarietal “Royal” and monovarietal “Organic Picual”. They have Protected Designation of Origen “Sierra de Cazorla” and are certified by the “Andalusian Committee for Organic Agriculture” (CAAE), which guarantees their origin and excellent quality. Both oils are rich in vitamins A, D, E and K, with a high content of monounsaturated fats and natural antioxidants.
Alevoo extra virgin olive oils are made from the highest-quality extra virgin olive oil and have an exclusive and unique packaging. Our oils are bottled in a white high-quality opaque bottle that is effective in protecting the product against external agents, including light (which is very harmful for the conservation of olive oil). All the bottles have special caps to avoid oil squirting/stains and keeping the bottle clean when using it. As final touch, all our exclusive oils are presented in individual high-quality cases.
