Online shopping
In order for us to deliver to you, you will need to register on Alevoo website: www.alevoo.com. All your details will be treated with the utmost privacy and security. Security is very important to us.

We will require your delivery address, your contact and payment details. We will then give you an account number and ask you to set a password for your account. Please make sure your details are kept somewhere you can remember as this will help us to locate your account if you call or email us.

Once your account has been set up, you’ll be able to view your order summary again in your ‘shopping cart’ page.

Customer using the website who are minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account.

Online orders
All orders submitted through our www.alevoo.com website are confirmed by e-mail. No order should be deemed to be accepted without this confirmation. All orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions.

All orders are subject to availability. Should any of the items be out of stock at the time of placing your order, you will be notified via email and we will suggest an alternative if possible.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver all over Spain and European Union countries.

Payments and refunds

To ensure you the most convenient way to pay your purchase, we offer online payment by credit card. All our payments methods are designed to ensure a secure payment.

Your payment will be made through our partner payment gateway provider. The transaction is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Customer will receive payment confirmation by email or SMS.

Visa and Master Card will be accepted for payment. Currency for payment is in EUR.

Inversiones Moicare S.L. cares about its customers. All products are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you.

Please note that unfortunately we do not provide any refund.

Should you receive a product that is faulty/damaged please contact us immediately.
